Welcome to a year of health challenges! Each month we will tackle a health “challenge” together. We started this series because we really want to make 2018 our healthiest year yet. After a few stressful life events happened over the past few years, we really neglected our health. Since we want to start trying for kids next year, we wanted to make sure we felt our best physically and mentally. We will rotate between diet, fitness, and mental challenges each month.
